Conditions of Site Use
The On-Line Terms and Conditions below shall apply to all transactions made
through this website. Usage of this website constitutes acceptance of these
On-Line Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
As used on this website the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to
them below:
* Customer shall mean the facility or other entity on whose behalf You are
purchasing Products hereunder.
* Registered User, You, Your(s) shall mean an individual who has
completed the PumpRefill.com registration form and is authorized
to purchase Products hereunder on behalf of a Customer.
* Product(s) shall mean the items offered for sale through this website.
Order Processing
Orders may be submitted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Normal
business hours for order processing are between 8:30am and 8:30pm EST,
Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4pm and before 9am
EST, or on weekends, will be processed on the next business day.
Orders may also be faxed to 800.985.4363.
Order Cancellations & Product Returns
Orders may be cancelled
one business day prior to the
order delivery by calling PumpRefill.com Customer Support Toll-Free at
800.995.4363 or 813.882.4500.
Responsibility of Use Statement
Customers are responsible for all transactions executed by their
individual authorized Registered Users. Each Registered User accepts
responsibility as a purchasing authority for the Customer with
which they are associated and hereby represents that Customer
in all transactions with PumpRefill.com using their individual
ID and password. Customers are advised to print out and retain
a copy of the order confirmation screens relating to any transactions
made through this website.
It is the responsibility of the Registered Users to:
* check the accuracy of the information submitted to PumpRefill.com,
* not share their Customer ID and password with others,
* log-off from PumpRefill.com upon completion of their transaction,
and
* change their password on a regular basis.
Invalid Transactions
It is illegal to conduct transactions with invalid purchase orders. This site
does not support international transactions.
Right to Revise Content
AnazaoHealth reserves the right to change the content on this
site, including these terms and conditions. It is the Customer's responsibility
to review these terms and conditions frequently and before concluding each
transaction as these terms and conditions may change without notice.
Typographical Errors
This site may contain typographical errors.
AnazaoHealth will not
be held liable for typographical errors.
